Germantown Home, located on Germantown Avenue, offers nearly 200 skilled nursing, personal care beds, and independent living apartments, on a 7 building, 13.5 acre campus. Built on a proud tradition of offering care and services to Philadelphia's frail elders, Germantown Home is at the heart of a traditional Philadelphia neighborhood that features a variety of churches, schools, playgrounds, and shops.
