HUD Housing Cottages and Apartments

The Cottages and Apartments on the Germantown Home Campus are located on 13.5 tranquil, landscaped acres and provide low-income housing for adults, whose income falls within the limits as set by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Qualified applicants’ rent is based on 30% of their adjusted gross monthly income.

Utilities are included in the rent and dedicated parking is available.
